I, David Andreas Eberle (born 31 October 1985), am a young Swiss aspiring to broaden my horizons, to further develop my skills, as well as to create and deepen relationships. As an experienced expatriate, I have lived, studied and/or worked in five different countries, on three different continents.

I studied Management and Economics at the University of Zurich (Switzerland), where I graduated with a ‘magna cum laude’ in 2009. During the last year of my Bachelor studies I participated in a student exchange program at Thammasat University in Bangkok (Thailand). There I also learned Thai at a language institute and obtained a diploma at the end of my studies. In 2010 I obtained a Master degree in Business Administration with distinction at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Netherlands), specializing in Global Business and Stakeholder Management.

Fascinated by cultures and languages I participated in an intercultural program to Japan in 2003, where I lived with a host family and attended a local high school, earning an intermediate language diploma. I further extended my cultural knowledge by staying with a local family in Querétaro (Mexico), where I followed an intensive language course, leading to an intermediate certification as well.

Besides my studies I was employed in sales at Mendix, a Dutch IT company, and in change management at Zurich Financial Services, an insurer. I also founded iCoaching, a webdesign and IT consulting company, together with a Swiss partner. In 2011 I started my career with Schindler as Junior IT Strategy Consultant in the Global IT Strategy Office, also partaking in the Schindler Career Development Program.
