Vita

David A. Eberle was born in Zurich (Switzerland), studied management and economics at the University of Zurich, where he graduated with a ‘magna cum laude’ in 2009. During his studies he worked for Zurich Financial Services, where he developed an e-learning environment in collaboration with a major consultancy and where he also trained internal employees. During the last year of his Bachelor studies he participated in a student exchange program at Thammasat University in Bangkok (Thailand). There he also learned Thai at a language institute and obtained a diploma at the end of his studies. He is currently following a Master program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Netherlands), majoring in global business and stakeholder management, and he is due to graduate in September 2010. Besides his studies he was employed at Mendix, a Dutch IT company, where he worked in sales, recruiting new academic partners and developing the marketing strategy and materials for the academic program. Together with a study colleague he founded iCoaching, a webdesign and IT consulting company, where he is actively involved at the moment.
